The Promulgation of Universal Peace was first published in two volumes, one appearing in 1922, the second in 1925 (though pages 233 through 336 were set in type and plated in 1922). In 1939 the two volumes were bound as one volume, which retained the original introduction in English and Persian. In 1943 the two volumes were reprinted as one volume without the Persian introduction. This 1982 edition contains the original English introduction as well as a new foreword and index. (Ed. Note -- the index is not included in this hypertext version).
